Making complex systems understandable and usable.

I began my career working directly with patients and research laboratories before moving into fintech, where I worked across quality assurance, treasury operations, and organisational communication. Those experiences allowed me to see how scientific, operational, and business systems work from different perspectives.

As a trained molecular biologist with bioinformatics skills, I approach problems with a scientific mindset, breaking down systems to understand how they function, where they break down, and how they can be improved. Alongside my academic background, I have experience in customer experience, process improvement, graphic communication, and storytelling, allowing me to translate complex ideas into practical, accessible solutions.

I enjoy working at the intersection of science, technology, and business, where analytical thinking, creativity, and collaboration come together to solve meaningful problems. Whether I'm evaluating bioinformatics software, improving operational processes, designing communication tools that make policies easier to understand, or simply explaining a product or service to a customer, my goal is always the same: to make complex information more useful for the people who rely on it.
